I describe my home studio classes as a place for students who may never have stepped foot in a yoga studio. Those who feel a bit intimidated about the whole thing but have heard how great yoga is.
I offer an opportunity for those new to yoga to move, stretch and breath. Let go of preconceived ideas of what yoga is, how you have to be, or dress, or act. You don’t need to be spiritual, chant or say “Om”.
What you need to do is move your body in a way that feels good! A little stretching, a little core strengthening, a bit of balance work. And there you have it, a sweet little yoga class. What could be nicer! Contact me for a current schedule of classes or if you have any questions. ❤️
